We work with reliable builders, tradesmen and craftsmen and put together a tailor-made team to suit the project. Our list of contacts includes tried-and-tested tradesmen, builders, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, cabinetmakers etc. Our teams have either worked for us personally or have been highly recommended to us through our network of personal contacts in the trade.

Project management
We oversee the work from the beginning to end, keeping you fully informed throughout the project, meeting you at times that suit you. You will receive regular status reports on the work and, if required, we can organise regular update meetings.

Interior design
We can also supply flexible design input - anything from simply advising on a colour scheme to completely re-organising your home, in order to maximise space and light.

Fees
Our fee is a percentage of each project's total cost, in some cases the discounts we are able to obtain for our clients on materials, means up to half of our fee is returned to them in the form of the savings we make. Our aim is always to provide our customers with value for money.
